Pojedyncza lekcja nurkowa dla dzieci

We invite children with their parents for single diving lesson at the pool. These activities are addressed for children between 8 - 14 years. Have fun with us :)

Diving at the pool will help children to familiar with underwater world, diving equipment and rules how to move under the water.

Diving equipment is specially adapted for the youngest group of divers. Tanks, regulators and other equipment are adequately adjusted. For children between 8-10 the only place for practising will be pool. Children from 11 years old can decide for training in the lake.

There is a short theoretical part, swimming at the pool and underwater training. Estimated time of this training is about 2 hours, including 45 minutes of underwater activities.

Requirements:

- basic swimming skills (any technique on basic level)

- swimwear + swimming cup

- parent's surface assistance

- cost 300 PLN
